When Adrian isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys
spending time cycling and cooking. Adrian lives in Eau Claire with his partner Carly and
their English Springer Spaniel, Finn.
Why Real Estate?
Growing up reading the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad shaped my view of money and
sparked my interest in real estate. I realized that incredible opportunities are available to
hard-working agents in the real estate industry. Furthermore, I enjoy change, new
trends and adapting to different markets. Lastly, I also get to work with many different
personality types and this is an incredibly exciting part of the job!

I chose Eau Claire after graduating from UW-Stevens Point with my Bachelor’s in
Marketing due to a combination of factors; strong community, distinguished industries,
low cost of living and abundant green aspects. Eau Claire is a place that is in constant
motion; as one of the fastest growing small cities in Wisconsin and the subject of
glowing national media profiles spotlighting our quality of life and low cost of living.
